Your essay should have the following structure:

Post # 6: a sporting life

Today you have to write about the importance of sport:
a) for individuals, and
b) for a nation.

Use these questions to build your ideas:
- do you practice any sport or physical activity? what benefit do you get from it?
- what impact may sport have on a country's health?
- how would you encourage these people to do more sport: children, teenagers, adults?
